Following a ceasefire after 11 days of violent airstrikes, Gaza is in desperate need of humanitarian aid. For the past 10 years, Life for Relief and Development (Life) has been installing water tanks in the homes of families in Gaza, and has installed over 250-1000 liter tanks, which has served 1500 people.
After the recent violence, many of these tanks have been destroyed. On May 23rd, 2021, Life installed 11 more 1000-liter water tanks in Gaza, with the goal to reach the installation of 1000 water tanks to serve 10,000 people, who are in dire need of clean water.

Since 2014, according UN survey, more than 75,000 Palestinians have been displaced in Gaza. The displacement has lead to decrease access to clean water.
LIFE has continued to work on the ground in Gaza providing multiple types of aid. LIFE is aiming to install 1000 water tanks in Gaza. For just $600 a year or $50 a month, you can sponsor a water tank to ensure access to clean water
