The people residing in the Gaza Strip lack clean drinking water, due to a variety of reasons from poverty to water shortages. Clean drinking water helps to reduce diseases caused by pollution and salinity of drinking water, as well as alleviating the economic burden of the difficult conditions that those face in the Gaza Strip.
To help with this ongoing issue, Life for Relief and Development distributed water tanks with a capacity of 1,000 liters (264.17 gallons) in the following governorates:
Rafah
Khan Yunis
Gaza
The beneficiaries of the water tanks thanked Life for providing them with clean water to drink from.
